Can’t find or open your purchase? Work through these steps in order.
1. Check the order confirmation page
Right after checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page. If you closed it, go to step 2.
2. Check your email
Look for your order confirmation email, and check your spam or promotions folder. The download link is in that email.
3. Check your account
If you have a customer account, sign in and open the order. Your download links are in the order confirmation email and on the order status page.
4. Opening your file
- PDF files open in any PDF reader or your browser.
- Audio files (MP3) play in any music or podcast app.
- ZIP bundles must finish downloading, then be unzipped before you open the files inside.
5. Still stuck?
Contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will resend your download.
