How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
What formats are the products in?
Each product page lists its format. Ebooks and guides are PDF, audio products are MP3, and bundles arrive as a ZIP.
Can I use them on my phone?
Yes. Everything opens on phones, tablets and computers.
I did not receive my download. What now?
Check your spam folder first, then follow the download help steps. If it still does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.
Do you ship anything physical?
No. Every product is a digital download, so nothing is shipped. See how digital delivery works.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. You pay through Shopify’s encrypted checkout. We never see your card details.
